CranioSacral Therapy – Packages & Healing Journey

CST is a process, not a one-off treatment. Each session builds on the last, helping your nervous system integrate changes fully. Most clients notice some relief in the first session, but lasting regulation and deep healing usually develop over multiple sessions.​

To support this, I offer package bundles that encourage continuity while giving your body the time it needs to integrate:

Phase 1 – Settling & Safety (4 -8 sessions)

The first four sessions focus on creating a safe, supportive environment, gently releasing tension, and establishing nervous system regulation. You may feel calmer, more grounded, and more aware of your body as the nervous system begins to respond. 

Phase 2 – Release & Integration( 6-12 sessions)

Subsequent sessions allow layers of held stress, trauma and old patterns to unfold safely. Emotional and physical patterns begin to reorganize, and your body experiences subtle, lasting shifts.

Phase 3 – Stabilisation & Embodiment (4-8 Sessions)

The final phase consolidates gains, helping your nervous system learn resilience and calm. You leave feeling balanced, integrated, and more fully embodied, which is long-lasting.

To support your therapeutic journey, I offer structured session bundles:

4 sessions × 60 minutes for adult— £280  (£70/session)
4 sessions × 90 minutes for adult — £420  (£105/session)

4 sessions × 50 minutes for child aged 0-12— £240  (£60/session)

**Each package is designed to be used within 4 months — this ensures your nervous system can safely integrate the work and maintain continuity. Booking a package encourages consistent, gradual healing, aligning with the phases of your therapeutic journey, and helps you get the most benefit from each session.

Frequently Asked Questions

What can I expect after a session?
After a session, your body may go through a natural period of adjustment. You might notice increased awareness of certain sensations or symptoms, or they may temporarily feel more pronounced. This is a positive sign, indicating that your body is actively releasing tension and moving toward balance. In between sessions, please allow yourself plenty personal space, drink a lot of water and rest.

 
How many sessions will I need?
It really depends on what your body is holding, but most people start to notice meaningful change within about 4 sessions. The deeper release and integration of tension or trauma usually unfolds over a slightly longer journey, typically around 6–12 sessions. We go at a pace your nervous system is ready to safely handle.
If your goal is long-term stabilization and to embed lasting positive changes and build resilience, another 4–8 sessions can help your body establish long-lasting resources, resilience and full embodiment.

Shall I Choose a 60-Mintue or 90-Minute Session?

CranioSacral Therapy is a gentle, body-first approach, and your nervous system needs time to settle into the parasympathetic “rest and restore” state, where deep self-regulation and healing can occur. For many new clients, it can take 20–30 minutes to fully orient to the therapy, the space, and the therapist.
A 60-minute session offers a taste of this deep relaxation, often allowing around 20 minutes in the parasympathetic phase. A 90-minute session, however, gives your body extra time to settle, release, and integrate, often allowing 40–50 minutes of profound, restorative healing. This extended time can support deeper emotional and physical release, and a more lasting sense of calm and resilience.

How often should I come for sessions?
Every body integrates at its own rhythm. Some people feel supported by coming weekly or fortnightly at the beginning, especially while the system is still open and responsive. Staying within this window of support helps your body continue the momentum of change, rather than needing to “start over” each time.
After the initial phase, many clients naturally move to wider spacing such as every 3–4 weeks, or come whenever the body signals it needs a reset or deeper support.
Do I need ongoing sessions?
There is no obligation to continue — your body will guide the pace.
However, many people choose ongoing sessions because they notice that regular support helps them:
• stay more regulated and balanced
• hold less tension in the body
• sleep and digest more easily
• feel more grounded and emotionally resourced
The frequency of sessions is tailored to what your system needs, not a fixed programme. Bundle packages are available if you feel you benefit from steady, ongoing care.
 
How can I book and pay a session?
You can book your session directly through this website. Payments can be made via Credit card, Apple Pay or bank transfer.
If you prefer to book through WhatsApp, email or other social media, a payment link or invoice can be provided for your convenience.

 

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a full session charge, as a courtesy to other clients who may have wished to book that time.
