🧘‍♀️ About the Workshop :

In the midst of demanding work and family responsibilities, we often overlook our own wellbeing. But when we take a moment to pause and truly listen to our bodies, we can reconnect with the calm and strength within us.

Craniosacral Therapy (CST) is a gentle yet deep healing modality that supports the body in releasing tension, balancing the nervous system, and enhancing physical and emotional resilience.

This experiential workshop offers simple, practical tools to help you relax, ground yourself, and access your body’s self-healing capacity — tools you can integrate into daily life for renewed calm and vitality.

📌 What’s included:

~Introduction to Craniosacral Therapy and real-life case examples

~Guided breathing and grounding exercises

~Learn and practise at least three simple self-care techniques

~Interactive Q&A session — bring your questions!

📝 Note: Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a bottle of warm water.
