Stress & Pain Relief – 17 January 2026
I am deeply grateful to everyone who joined the CranioSacral Therapy Stress and Pain Relief Workshop in Hong Kong on 17 January 2026.
It was truly a beautiful and supportive space where participants gathered to explore somatic self-care practices and deepen their understanding of the nervous system. Throughout the workshop, we learned how stress, pain, and emotional tension are closely connected with the regulation of our nervous system.
By bringing awareness to the body, we practised gentle techniques that help release tension, restore balance, and support the body’s natural healing capacity. It was inspiring to witness participants becoming more attuned to their bodies — listening to subtle signals and responding with care and compassion.
One of the most meaningful aspects of the workshop was sharing knowledge about self-regulation. When we understand how the nervous system works, we gain practical tools to support ourselves during moments of stress, overwhelm, or physical discomfort.
CranioSacral Therapy teaches us that healing does not always require force; often it begins with gentle listening, presence, and respect for the body's innate wisdom.
I feel honoured to share this knowledge and practise together with such a thoughtful and open-hearted group. Thank you all for creating such a warm and trusting environment.
I look forward to continuing this journey of self-care, self-awareness, and healing together.
